Currently searching for several PCS7 systems people for long term contract work in Wyoming.
Requirements:
Individual must have sufficient expertise and knowledge to work independently without any system specific technical guidance on Siemens PCS-7 Ver 7.1 and the following Siemens products and areas: WinCC HMI, PDM, Asset Management, CFC, SFC, Hardware Config, all aspects of multiproject distributed engineering, fieldhardware knowledge adequate to design, specify, construct, start-up and trouble shoot Profibus (including OLM), Simocode, ET200 I/O (all I/O modules including Hart), both 300 series and 400 series controllers, ethernet (both IP and ISO). Individual must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Individual must have plant knowledge and experience sufficient to understand and utilize chemical process engineering practices in their control system work and to interface productively with operators and I/E technicians. Individual must have a solid basis in controls engineering enabling implementation of areas such as wind-up, tuning, feed forward, bumpless transfer, graceful degradation, first-out detection, interlocks, permissives, OPC server and client, and loss of signal quality in their controls configuration.
